Each piece at Whiskey & Clay is individually handmade on the wheel. Because of the handmade nature of our work, there will be natural variations in glaze color, reduction patterns, and surface characteristics from piece to piece. These variations are part of what makes each item unique—no two pieces are identical, and we consider this part of the beauty and integrity of handmade pottery.

We accept returns or offer replacements only for pottery damaged during shipping. We do not accept returns for variations in glaze appearance, color, or surface texture, as these are inherent characteristics of the handmade process. All pottery is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
